This Substack article is Part I of a series of which I am going to document the climate change agenda & the current capabilities of world governments to not only manipulate society into forfeiting its civil liberties but also to instill a constant level of fear/perception manipulation through the use of military grade technology. Although I have composed several climate-oriented articles in the past, the latest disaster in Maui, Hawaii highlights how close we are to the further advancement of the ultimate power grab in our lifetimes. In Part I, I am going to discuss weather manipulation.

Part I - Weather Manipulation
An August 2023 BBC article references a series of low pressure systems above the United Kingdom that has stalled in place by a “blocked weather pattern” keeping rain & gloomy skies over the country while a heat wave has baked much of Europe all summer. What is doing the “blocking”?
The ability to manipulate the weather has existed for several decades. As technology advances, more precise weather manipulations are possible.
What is Weather?
Weather refers to the atmospheric conditions in a specific location at a given time. It includes various elements such as temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, atmospheric pressure, cloud cover, and precipitation (rain, snow, sleet, etc.). Weather can change rapidly and can vary from day to day or even within the span of a few hours. It is influenced by a variety of factors, including the Earth's rotation, the sun's energy, air masses, ocean currents, and more.
If you can manipulate energy, you can manipulate weather. Just as low-orbit satellites can project electromagnetic field-altering Wi-Fi signals to the Earth’s surface.
The 1952 Lynmouth Flood Disaster
On Friday, 15 August 1952, the tiny village of Lynmouth suffered what could be described as the worst river flood in English history read a headline on the city’s website. “On the day itself, just over 9 inches (230mm) of rain fell, 6 inches (150mm) of which fell in a few short hours in the afternoon/early evening. Add in the 6 inches (150mm) of rain that had already fallen in the first two weeks of August, then it is no surprise that the top of Exmoor was unable to absorb the rainfall and was totally overwhelmed. It was estimated that 90 million tons of rain fell in North Devon and West Somerset on that day.”
On August 30, 2001, there was a BBC Radio investigation which unveiled the cause of the Lynmouth flood disaster:
Thirty-five deaths in the infamous Lynmouth flood disaster came only days after RAF rain-making experiments over southern England, it has emerged. Now, a BBC investigation has confirmed that secret experiments were causing heavy rainfall. Survivors tell how the air smelled of sulphur on the afternoon of the floods, and the rain fell so hard it hurt people's faces. But the Document team have tracked down fresh evidence, including RAF logbooks and personal testimony. "Operation Cumulus" was jokingly referred to by those involved as "Operation Witch Doctor". The team found a broadcast from the time that refers to the experiments - and the disaster.
Alan Yates, a glider pilot, tells how he flew over Bedfordshire as part of Operation Cumulus, spraying quantities of salt into the air. Scientists told him it caused a heavy downpour in Staines, 50 miles (80 kilometres) away in Middlesex.
He said: "I was told that the rain had been the heaviest for several years, and all out of a sky which looked summery."The seedsman had said he'd make it rain, and he did. BBC
The ability to manipulate the weather has been around for decades.
Treaties
Countries have signed treaties against manipulating the weather as early as 1978. According to Wikipedia:
The problem of artificial modification of the environment for military or other hostile purposes was brought to the international agenda in the early 1970s. Following the US decision of July 1972 to renounce the use of climate modification techniques for hostile purposes, the 1973 resolution by the US Senate calling for an international agreement "prohibiting the use of any environmental or geophysical modification activity as a weapon of war", and an in-depth review by the Department of Defense of the military aspects of weather and other environmental modification techniques, US decided to seek agreement with the Soviet Union to explore the possibilities of an international agreement.
In July 1974, US and USSR agreed to hold bilateral discussions on measures to overcome the danger of the use of environmental modification techniques for military purposes and three subsequent rounds of discussions in 1974 and 1975. In August 1975, US and USSR tabled identical draft texts of a convention at the Conference of the Committee on Disarmament (CCD), Conference on Disarmament, where intensive negotiations resulted in a modified text and understandings regarding four articles of this Convention in 1976.
The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), formally the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques, is an international treaty prohibiting the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects. It opened for signature on 18 May 1977 in Geneva and entered into force on 5 October 1978.
The Convention bans weather warfare, which is the use of weather modification techniques for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction. The Convention on Biological Diversity of 2010 would also ban some forms of weather modification or geoengineering.[2]
If countries have signed agreements regarding weather warfare & weather modification techniques, then obviously the technology & capability far exceeding the knowledge of the general public exists. Not only has it existed for decades, the necessity to sign ‘conventions’ regarding the deployment of weather warfare/modification is a telltale sign the power to inflict massive devastation is in the hands of government/military establishments.
The 1969 Rockefeller Insider Revelation
In 1969, a private speech by Rockefeller insider Dr. Richard Day & notes recorded by Dr. Lawrence Dunegan, with regards to weather manipulation stated:
"I'm not merely referring to dropping iodide crystals into the clouds to precipitate rain that's already there, but REAL control." Weather was seen as a weapon of war, a weapon of influencing public policy. It could make rain or withhold rain in order to influence certain areas [geographical regions] and bring them under your control. There were two sides to this that were rather striking. He said: "On the one hand you can make drought during the growing season so that nothing will grow, and on the other hand you can make for very heavy rains during harvest season so the fields are too muddy to bring in the harvest, and indeed one might be able to do both." There was no statement how this would be done. It was stated that either it was already possible or very, very close to being possible. [Note: The Illuminati (the Ruling Elite) have been able to do this since the 1970s.]
Other fascinating inside knowledge bombs may be found by reading the transcript. It is definitely eye-opening & well-worth the read. Mind you, it was spoken & transcribed on March 20, 1969!
Can “Man” Control the Weather? - Nikola Tesla & Subsequent Developments
"Nikola Tesla (1856-1943) was born in Croatia. He emigrated to the United States in 1884, worked for a short time for Thomas Edison, and became a naturalized American citizen. A pioneer in high-tension electricity, he made discoveries and inventions of great value to the development of radio transmission and in the field of electricity.
He invented the alternating current (AC) system by which electricity can be transported through wires of thousands of miles, then sent into industrial plants to operate machinery, and into homes to provide light, heat and energy." (Newswatch Magazine, "Earth Hanging in the Balance" Dec. 1, 1998)
Tesla also wrote of a method whereby weather could be controlled so that deserts could become farmlands, and where cold could be modified and heat tempered.
"Shortly after the turn of the century, Tesla theorized that by using coordinated radio impulses, it should be possible to manipulate the part of the earth's magnetic field that resides at the edge of space up in the ionosphere by generating giant standing waves. These waves, said Tesla, could then be manipulated to change the course of giant wind patterns, like the jet stream, that shape our weather." (From "The Killer Electric", by Lowell Ponte, published in Gallery magazine, August 1978.)
"Around 1900, Tesla invented and patented a system of utilizing the earth's natural vibrations to transmit power through the earth without wires.
"Tesla's system involved the use of Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) electromagnetic cycles per second. Tesla proved that it is possible to create gigantic standing electromagnetic waves (sometimes thousands of miles long) which can be used to modify the weather and create man-made droughts, floods and storms. Tesla's giant standing electromagnetic waves can also create long-lasting high-pressure areas." (C.B. Baker: July 1982, in Youth Actions News)
The May 27, 1983 issue of Don Bell Reports contained detailed information as to how the Soviets are operating to manipulate the weather of the United States.
"Combining secrets gained from Tesla and technological materials and equipment obtained from the United States, The Soviets have constructed giant transmitting stations capable of producing frequencies of 40 megawatts, or 40 million watts. The highest radio transmission in the U.S. for commercial broadcasting is 50,000 watts. The Voice of America uses 100,000 watts in some of its broadcasts. But this is hardly comparable to the 40 million (40,000,000) watts used by these Soviet transmitters to project their scalar waves." (Newswatch Magazine, Dec 1, 1998)
In 1987-88 America suffered a series of record-setting weather related disasters. Why?
The July 8, 1987 Arizona Republic reported that on July 7, 1987: "For reasons unknown even to weather experts, the temperature at Greensburg, Kansas jumped 20 degrees in ten minutes. In a phenomenon most people will not witness in their lifetime, the city's temperature rose to 95 degrees by 7:40 am from 75 degrees at 7:30 am," said Bill Ellis, an observer for the National Weather Service. "I've never seen anything like it, and I don't know anybody that ever has." He described the change as a 'sudden wave of heat' like you're standing in a cool room, and you open the oven door...Greensburg's temperature dropped to 86 degrees by 8:00 am and to a more normal 77 degrees at 10:30 am."
Greensburg, Kansas appears to have been directly targeted by Soviet scalar weapons, operating in a special 'produce energy' mode. Such a scalar mode is described in Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden's article, "Tesla's Electro-Gravitation, Electromagnetics and Its Soviet Weaponization."
The weather started going crazy. A freak tornado in Moran Junction, Wyoming was described in the August 8, 1987 Washington Post newspaper.
"One of the worst tornado disasters in Canadian history" was how the Edmonton Journal described the July 31, 1987 tornado there that killed twenty-seven people, injured 250 and resulted in $150 million in property damage. According to the newspaper, "it killed more Albertans than ALL previous tornadoes combined."
On January 18, 1987 Los Alamos, New Mexico received 49 inches of snow from a three-day storm that broke all records.
The July 18, 1987 Washington Post stated that severe rains on July 17 in San Antonio, Texas "were caused by a block of thunderstorms that stalled for three hours as it moved along the Guadalupe River, leaving 11 inches of rain behind by dawn."
"During the summer of 1987, massive lightning-generated forest fires occurred. The September 2, 1987 Washington Times reported that in 2 days alone, "California had 4,954 lightning strikes that resulted in 717 fires," stated John Carter, information officer at the Joint U.S. Forest Service and California Department of Forestry command post. In southern Oregon. Lightning detectors recorded "more than 1,700 lightning strikes within 24 hours," said Denver James of the Forest Service in Portland.
The freak weather all across America has continued to the present, killer heat waves, droughts, record-breaking snow storms, massive earthquakes and the lowest temperatures on record are now almost becoming common on the news.
In 1977, the Trilateral Commission (an organization of the New World Order planning total Global Control) published official paper #13 entitled: "Collaboration with Communist Countries in Managing Global Problems." That official report recommended: "Trilateral/Communist cooperation in nine areas of global concern" including international energy cooperation, international control of oceans and space, Trilateral/Communist cooperation in the areas of weather modification and earthquake control..."
On September 6, 1987, the National Public Radio show, "All Things Considered," carried an interview with Dr. Bernard Eastlund, "a physicist and an expert on oilfield development, who is a consultant for the Atlantic Richfield Oil Company (ARCO)... Dr Eastlund assigned the patent rights on his new invention to APTI, Inc., a Los Angeles subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield." according to the New York Times, August 15, 1987. Dr. Eastlund stated that his new invention could be used to change the weather by redirecting the very high wind patterns (jet stream).
These scalar waves can also be directed to specific areas and to specific depths to cause earthquakes by disrupting the tectonic plates.
Dr. Eastlund's invention has been incorporated into a mammoth U.S. government project titled "The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program" (HAARP). The December 15, 1991 Alaska Daily News carried a big article on HAARP: "Electrical energy floats high over Alaska, where it is visible as the aurora borealis, a shimmering white, green and crimson curtain. These brilliant northern lights are, in fact, the product of a huge natural generator that produces up to 10 million megawatts of power as particles from the solar wind crash into the earth's magnetic field...There are concentrated currents, called electrojets, that flow in the ionosphere, and may sometimes reach millions of amperes. When the electrojet touches earth, as it sometimes does during magnetic storms, it can knock out telephone cables and power grids."
The newspaper reported that researchers from the University of Alaska, UCLA, and Penn State all engaged in pre-HAARP work: "The scientists had achieved some promising results by beaming energy into the ionosphere to create extremely low frequency (ELF) waves that can travel long distances and to great depths. " (A perfect way to create an earthquake wherever one wishes!")
The June 21, 1977 New York Times reported that the U.S. shipped a 40 ton magnet (the largest in the world at that time) and a team of American scientists to the Soviet Union. That 40 ton device could generate a magnetic field 250,000 times greater than that of the earth. The purpose of that shipment was to build a more efficient Magneto-Hydro-Dynamic (MHD) power generator to help the Russians repeatedly override, blank out, and interfere with the earth's natural magnetic field.
Within a short time after the start of U.S. and Soviet through-the-earth transmissions, this planet's internal dynamo was affected. The December 13, 1984 Washington Post reported that the earth had experienced a sudden unexpected slowdown in rotation.
Scientists at the U.S. Naval Observatory and at the Jet Propulsion Lab found that the "earth, like an unbalanced washing machine," has developed "wobbles as it spins" (July 15, 1988 Wall Street Journal).
Earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods and volcano eruptions can now be brought about in any area in the world where the New World Order wishes to cause death, devastation and economic destruction. Source

What is the Jet Stream & How Does it Affect the Weather?
The jet stream is a high-speed, meandering, and relatively narrow air current located in the upper levels of the Earth's atmosphere, typically in the troposphere (the lowest layer of the atmosphere). It forms at the boundary between air masses of different temperatures, often near the polar front or the boundary between colder polar air and warmer tropical air. The jet stream is primarily driven by the temperature contrast between these air masses.
Key points about the jet stream:
Speed and Altitude: Jet streams can reach speeds of over 100 knots (115 mph) or more. They typically occur at altitudes between 20,000 to 50,000 feet (6,000 to 15,000 meters).
Direction and Meandering: Jet streams do not flow in a straight line; they meander in a sinuous pattern. These meanders, known as Rossby waves, are responsible for the shifting and sometimes chaotic weather patterns we experience.
Influence on Weather: The jet stream plays a significant role in shaping weather patterns. It guides the movement of weather systems, such as low-pressure and high-pressure areas, storms, and fronts. The position and strength of the jet stream can influence the intensity, duration, and trajectory of weather events.
Temperature Gradient: The jet stream forms along the boundary between warm and cold air masses. The temperature gradient across this boundary is a driving force for the jet stream's formation and maintenance.
Seasonal Variability: The position of the jet stream varies with the seasons. In the Northern Hemisphere, it tends to shift northward in the summer and southward in the winter. This movement contributes to changes in weather patterns.
Impacts on Aviation: The strong winds of the jet stream can significantly affect the speed and efficiency of airplanes. Flights traveling with the jet stream often experience shorter flight times, while flights against the jet stream can be slower and less fuel-efficient.
Long-Range Forecasting: The behavior of the jet stream can provide meteorologists with information for making medium- to long-range weather forecasts. Patterns in the jet stream's position and strength can give insight into upcoming weather trends.
In summary, the jet stream is a fast-moving river of air high in the atmosphere that influences weather patterns by steering weather systems and driving the movement of air masses. Its position and strength are crucial factors in determining the weather we experience on the surface.
Control the jet stream, control the weather. The technology now available is capable of moving the jet stream.

Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025
A Defense Technical Information Center research report: Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025 released on August 1, 1996 by the Air War College at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama contained the following abstract:
In 2025, US aerospace forces can own the weather by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical road map. A high risk, high reward endeavor, weather modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather modification offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary. Some of the potential capabilities a weather modification system could provide to a war fighting commander in chief CINC are listed in table 1. Technology advancements in five major areas are necessary for an integrated weather modification capability
1 advanced nonlinear modeling techniques,
2 computational capability,
3 information gathering and transmission,
4 a global sensor array, and
5 weather intervention techniques.
Some intervention tools exist today and others may be developed and refined in the future.
Here’s an important point the paper makes:
“One major advantage of using simulated weather to achieve a desired effect is that unlike other approaches, it makes what are otherwise the results of deliberate actions appear to be the consequences of natural weather phenomena. In addition, it is potentially relatively inexpensive to do. According to J. Storrs Hall, a scientist at Rutgers University conducting research on nanotechnology, production costs of these 34 nanoparticles could be about the same price per pound as potatoes. This of course discounts research and development costs, which will be primarily borne by the private sector and be considered a sunk cost by 2025 and probably earlier.

Tsunami Bomb Weapon Created in WWII
A tidal wave bomb was created & tested by the Army as early as 1944 & 1945.
Top-secret wartime experiments were conducted off the coast of Auckland to perfect a tidal wave bomb, declassified files reveal.
An Auckland University professor seconded to the Army set off a series of underwater explosions triggering mini-tidal waves at Whangaparaoa in 1944 and 1945.
Professor Thomas Leech's work was considered so significant that United States defence chiefs said that if the project had been completed before the end of the war it could have played a role as effective as that of the atom bomb.
Details of the tsunami bomb, known as Project Seal, are contained in 53-year-old documents released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Papers stamped "top secret" show the US and British military were eager for Seal to be developed in the post-war years too. They even considered sending Professor Leech to Bikini Atoll to view the US nuclear tests and see if they had any application to his work.
He did not make the visit, although a member of the US board of assessors of atomic tests, Dr Karl Compton, was sent to New Zealand.
"Dr Compton is impressed with Professor Leech's deductions on the Seal project and is prepared to recommend to the Joint Chiefs of Staff that all technical data from the test relevant to the Seal project should be made available to the New Zealand Government for further study by Professor Leech," said a July 1946 letter from Washington to Wellington.
Professor Leech, who died in his native Australia in 1973, was the university's dean of engineering from 1940 to 1950.
News of his being awarded a CBE in 1947 for research on a weapon led to speculation in newspapers around the world about what was being developed.
Though high-ranking New Zealand and US officers spoke out in support of the research, no details of it were released because the work was on-going. A former colleague of Professor Leech, Neil Kirton, told the Weekend Herald that the experiments involved laying a pattern of explosives underwater to create a tsunami.
Small-scale explosions were carried out in the Pacific and off Whangaparaoa, which at the time was controlled by the Army.
It is unclear what happened to Project Seal once the final report was forwarded to Wellington Defence Headquarters late in the 1940s. The bomb was never tested on a full scale, and Mr Kirton doubts that Aucklanders would have noticed the trials."Whether it could ever be resurrected ... Under some circumstances I think it could be devastating." NZ Herald
If they were capable of developing a Tsunami Bomb in the WWII era, imagine what they could do now. Remember the Fukushima disaster in Japan?

Politicians & those who will just do as they are told will be placed into positions of power. There is an agenda to shut-down human freedom with the 15-minute cities, bans on gasoline powered vehicles, bans on gas stoves, carbon limits, bans on certain types of fertilizers, etc. They are on a time scale. The years 2025 & 2030 keep appearing over & over again.
What can my fellow Warriors do to prepare themselves for what is to come?
Understand the Vulnerabilities in Your Area - know what potential hazards you may encounter if a ‘natural disaster’ were to visit your area. Is your area prone to hurricanes, earthquakes, wild fires, or tornadoes? Each disaster of the aforementioned categories will require different preparedness approaches. Although I’m a big fan of creating your own Bug-Out-Bag, this one might give you a great start.
Fortify Your Home Now - periods of calm & nice weather are the best times to fix any leaks, drafty doors, loose siding or roof shingles, holes in eaves, & trim any foliage that may be too close to your home. Think about creating a natural fire & or water barrier in front of your home such as the following:
Fire Barriers:
Defensible Space: Clearing away flammable vegetation, dead plants, and debris from around the home creates a defensible space that helps prevent the spread of fire to the structure.
Fire-Resistant Plants: Choosing fire-resistant plants that have low flammability and high moisture content can act as a buffer between the home and potential fire sources.
Rock and Gravel Zones: Creating areas with rocks, gravel, or non-combustible materials can help prevent the spread of fire by reducing the availability of flammable materials.
Irrigation: Proper irrigation can maintain the moisture levels in vegetation, making it less susceptible to ignition.
Mulch Management: Using non-flammable mulch or rocks instead of flammable materials can help create a fire-resistant barrier.
Water Barriers:
Rain Gardens: Constructing rain gardens with native plants can help absorb and manage excess water runoff while preventing erosion.
Swales: Natural or constructed depressions in the landscape can help direct water away from the home and prevent flooding.
Berms: Building small raised mounds or berms can divert water and prevent it from pooling around the foundation of the house.
Retention Ponds: If you have space, creating a retention pond can help collect and manage excess water during heavy rainfall.
Permeable Surfaces: Using permeable materials for driveways and walkways allows water to seep into the ground rather than contributing to runoff.
Native Vegetation: Planting native vegetation with deep root systems can help stabilize soil and improve water absorption.
Terracing: On sloped properties, terracing can help slow down the flow of water, reducing erosion and preventing flooding.
Be Aware of Land Development Goals for Your Area - pay attention to local newspapers & government websites regarding new infrastructure projects. If you read the terms “15-minute city”, electric vehicle climate zones, or “AI-based city”, you may want to think about moving.
